Roasted Chestnuts

Ingredients:
1 kilo chestnuts

Method:
- Wash the chestnuts and using a sharp knife make an incision into the outer shell in a crisscross manner.
- Place the chestnuts in a baking pan with slotted side facing up and roast in a preheated oven to 200˚C for 25 minutes.
