Harvest - Sorting - Storage
The harvesting period of chestnuts begins in Pelion in the second ten days of September and is completed during the first ten days of October.
Since the chestnut consists mainly of carbohydrates and water, it is a sensitive product and requires special care in order to avoid mold or drying. For this reason, we take care to timely harvest fruits, carefully sort and store them in special cold rooms at a temperature of 0˚C. In this way, we provide our clients with high quality chestnuts.
Our main advantage is that we are able to meet the needs of our clients by giving them large quantities of chestnuts.
