Chestnut chocolate bites
Ingredients:
500 gr couverture of your choice
300 gr chestnut jam
Method:
- Melt the couverture over a bain-marie.
- Place 1 teaspoon of chestnut jam in the chocolate molds and then fill the molds with hot, melted couverture to completely cover the jam.
- Store the molds in the freezer until the chocolate bites thicken.
- Keep in a cool place.
